Sandeep Das Academy believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. All Sandeep Das Academy products and services are delivered digitally — including webinars, masterclasses, and live courses.

Refund timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately before raising a refund request — we’ll resolve it promptly.

At Sandeep Das Academy, we are dedicated to providing transformative and high-quality educational programs. Due to the limited number of seats in each program, all sales are final and non-refundable once registration or payment has been completed.

1. Limited Seat Policy

Each program or bootcamp is conducted with a fixed number of participants to ensure an interactive and personalized learning experience. Once a seat is booked, it is reserved exclusively for that participant and cannot be resold or reassigned by us. Hence, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Nomination / Substitution Option

If, after registering, a participant is unable to attend the program, they may nominate another eligible individual to attend in their place — provided:
  • The request is made in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the program; and
  • The nominated participant meets the eligibility criteria and agrees to abide by the program’s Terms and Conditions. 
This substitution option allows flexibility without compromising our limited seat structure.

3. No Refunds or Cancellations

  • All payments made for any course, program, or bootcamp are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of approved nomination as outlined above.
  • Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, partial attendance, change in personal schedule, or change of mind.
  • Once access to program materials or live sessions has been provided, the service is deemed delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that Sandeep Das Academy cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances (such as regulatory restrictions, instructor illness, or technical failures), participants will be offered either a rescheduled session or a full refund, at our discretion.
Such exceptions will be clearly communicated to affected participants.
