Cancellation and Refund

Sandeep Das Academy believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy. All Sandeep Das Academy products and services are delivered digitally — including webinars, masterclasses, and live courses.

Cancellation policy

  • Live sessions & webinars: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the session. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • Pre-recorded courses & digital products: Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 24 hours of purchase and before course access has been activated. Once access is granted, cancellations will not be entertained.
  • All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the Sandeep Das Academy team. To request a cancellation, email support@sandeepdas.academy with your order details and reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained for missed sessions, non-attendance, or partial participation.
If you do not receive access details within 24 hours of purchase, please contact our support team at support@sandeepdas.academy.

Refund policy

  • Session cancelled by Sandeep Das Academy: If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by Sandeep Das Academy and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you will be entitled to a full refund or credit towards another session of equal value, at your discretion.
  • Access issues: If you are unable to access your course or materials due to a technical issue on our end and we are unable to resolve it within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Product not as described: If the service you received is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. Requests will be reviewed by the Sandeep Das Academy team and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed sessions or non-attendance
  • Partial participation or incomplete course completion
  • Change of mind after course access has been granted
  • Purchases made using promotional or discounted pricing, unless otherwise stated
Refund timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you do not receive your access details within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately before raising a refund request — we’ll resolve it promptly.

How to Raise a Request

Email support@sandeepdas.academy with the subject line “Cancellation/Refund Request” and include:
  • Your full name and registered email/WhatsApp number
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for the request

At Sandeep Das Academy, we are dedicated to providing transformative and high-quality educational programs. Due to the limited number of seats in each program, all sales are final and non-refundable once registration or payment has been completed.

1. Limited Seat Policy

Each program or bootcamp is conducted with a fixed number of participants to ensure an interactive and personalized learning experience. Once a seat is booked, it is reserved exclusively for that participant and cannot be resold or reassigned by us. Hence, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. Nomination / Substitution Option

If, after registering, a participant is unable to attend the program, they may nominate another eligible individual to attend in their place — provided:
  • The request is made in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the program; and
  • The nominated participant meets the eligibility criteria and agrees to abide by the program’s Terms and Conditions. 
This substitution option allows flexibility without compromising our limited seat structure.

3. No Refunds or Cancellations

  • All payments made for any course, program, or bootcamp are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in cases of approved nomination as outlined above.
  • Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance, partial attendance, change in personal schedule, or change of mind.
  • Once access to program materials or live sessions has been provided, the service is deemed delivered.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that Sandeep Das Academy cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances (such as regulatory restrictions, instructor illness, or technical failures), participants will be offered either a rescheduled session or a full refund, at our discretion.
Such exceptions will be clearly communicated to affected participants.
