A Mindset Shift Towards Consulting-Driven Leadership

Attending Sandeep Das’s Consulting Career Launchpad workshop was a true mindset shift. The learnings will directly influence how I approach business problems, stakeholders, and future opportunities.

My top three takeaways:

  • Build a Strong Framework Mindset: In a high-stakes VUCA world, data alone isn’t enough. Structured problem-solving frameworks, market-sizing techniques, and hypothesis-driven thinking help decode complexity and deliver clarity.
  • Practice Active Listening: Great consultants listen to understand the real problem, capture important details, stay curious, and ask the right questions to arrive at sharper decisions and smarter solutions.
  • Make Prioritization a Superpower: When everything feels urgent, not everything is important. Tools such as the 2×2 prioritization matrix help focus on the most impactful, value-creating actions.

Key takeaway: Consulting is more than a career—it’s a way of thinking that transforms how we lead, influence, and deliver results. Even as AI automates tasks, human judgment, problem-framing, empathy, and strategic influence remain essential.

Clarity, Insight-Driven Decisions and Niche Expertise

The Consulting Career Launchpad Workshop by Sandeep Das was a deeply insightful experience. His clarity, structured approach, and practical perspective made the session truly impactful.

My top three takeaways:

  • Clarity Is a Superpower: Consulting begins with clarity of thought, clarity in problem statements, and clarity in communicating solutions. The ability to simplify complexity sets great consultants apart.
  • Decisions Must Be Insight-Driven, Not Just Experience-Driven: Decisions grounded in data, market signals, and structured thinking lead to stronger long-term outcomes.
  • Your Niche Is Your Differentiator: Leaning into your unique expertise is an advantage, not a limitation. My experience in Tier-2 and Tier-3 ecosystem building, AI and deep-tech incubation, and working at the intersection of startups, academia, and government reinforced this lesson.

The workshop was a great reminder to stay intentional, curious, and committed to evolving as a professional.

Thank you, Sandeep Das, for such an enriching session.

Consultants Are Paid for Clarity, Not Information

The Consulting Career Launchpad Workshop by Sandeep Das offered three powerful lessons:

  • Choose Clients Wisely: Consulting isn’t about being customer-centric at all times. It’s about solving the right problems for the right clients, where both impact and value can scale.
  • Clarity Beats Intelligence: The Golden Pyramid Principle reinforces that structured thinking creates confidence. If your logic isn’t clear, your advice won’t command trust—or premium fees.
  • Frameworks Are the Real Consulting Asset: Slides can be copied; frameworks can’t. The ability to build first-principles models is what differentiates advisors from operators.

A crisp, insightful session that reinforced one core idea: consultants are paid for clarity, not information.

Thank you, Sandeep Das, for the perspective-shifting workshop.

Three Lessons That Changed How I Look at Strategy

Sandeep Das’s Consulting Career Launchpad Workshop offered a fresh perspective on what it takes to think like a consultant. From structured problem-solving to clear communication and making decisions with limited data, the workshop covered practical approaches to strategy.

My top three learnings:

  • Effective Strategy Requires Focus: Strategy goes beyond choosing the right actions—it also demands the courage to reject what doesn’t create value. Eliminating distractions and maintaining focus help deliver simplicity and precision in a fast-changing world.
  • The Golden Pyramid of Business Success: Price, value, and distribution are three essential pillars of a successful business. Mastering pricing, communicating value, and aligning distribution can create a lasting competitive advantage.
  • The 5–95 Rule for Growth: Invest in building your brand and marketing presence rather than focusing exclusively on direct selling. Consistent messaging, authentic credibility, and social proof help establish trust with customers.

I appreciate these valuable insights, Sandeep Das, and look forward to learning more.

Applying Consulting Thinking to Engineering Operations

Sandeep Das’s consulting workshop significantly influenced my perspective on engineering operations leadership.

Key takeaways:

  • VUCA Is the Default Operating Environment: Changing priorities, evolving requirements, and cross-team dependencies are constant. The goal isn’t to eliminate uncertainty, but to make informed decisions despite it.
  • The 2×2 Rule Enables Better Execution: It’s more than a presentation tool. It helps prioritize tasks, sequence work, and make meaningful trade-offs when everything seems equally important.
  • The Golden Triangle: Price, Value and Distribution: From an engineering perspective, value means solving the right problem, price reflects the true cost in capacity and complexity, and distribution determines whether we can reliably deliver and scale.
  • The 5–95 Rule Emphasizes Discipline: Sustainable outcomes depend on quality, monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement—not constant reinvention.

The consulting mindset creates leverage in engineering leadership by reducing ambiguity at critical decision points. Frameworks don’t replace judgment; they enhance it.

Three Powerful Insights from Sandeep Das’s Webinar

I joined Sandeep Das’s webinar and walked away with three solid insights:

  • The Golden Triangle: Price, distribution, and value form a powerful combination. Getting this balance right helps keep a business strong and scalable.
  • Finding Your Niche: Look at the overlap between what you love, what you’re skilled at, and what people are willing to pay for. That’s where real opportunities lie.
  • The 5–95 Rule: Growth isn’t just about selling. Spend 5% of your effort on sales and 95% on consistent marketing to build long-term demand.

A Practical, Value-Packed Consulting Webinar

I attended an incredibly valuable consulting webinar by Sandeep Das, and my notebook is full!

My biggest takeaways:

  • Understanding why consultants can command premium fees for their advice and how strategic thinking creates real business value.
  • Learning the core domains of high-level consulting and practical tools such as 2×2 frameworks, niche selection, and value-based pricing.
  • Understanding the importance of listening carefully to clients and applying the 5–95 Rule to marketing versus selling.

I had already been using some of these ideas, but seeing them explained so clearly to more than 2,000 attendees made the playbook even sharper.

The session has inspired me to start a short LinkedIn series sharing on-the-ground experiences and lessons on what to do—and what not to do—in startups and entrepreneurship.

Huge thanks to Sandeep Das for a practical, no-fluff session. Easily one of the best investments of two hours and ₹99 in a long time.

Three Lessons That Changed How I Look at Strategy

Sandeep Das’s strategy workshop was one of the most thought-provoking learning experiences I’ve had in a long time. What struck me most was how he translated years of global experience into simple, usable ideas that cut through the noise and bring absolute clarity.

With 17 years across international roles, experience as a former Director at PwC and Global Foresight Lead at Mars Wrigley, and work as a keynote speaker, faculty member at IIM and ISB, and author, Sandeep combines sharp strategic thinking with a deep understanding of how businesses really work.

Three lessons that changed how I look at strategy:

  • Your Niche Is Something You Design: Your niche emerges from the overlap between what you love doing, what you’re good at, and what the world is willing to pay for. When all three align, you build long-term momentum.
  • The Golden Triangle of the Indian Market: Price, value, and distribution drive buying decisions. When your offering is priced right, delivers clear value, and is available at the right place and time, you create the conditions for growth.
  • Big Decisions Become Easier When You Force Clarity: The 2×2 framework uses two parameters to bring clarity to where you should invest time, money, and effort.

These frameworks simplify complexity and provide a sharper way to think about business growth.

Effective Consulting Through Clarity and Prioritization

Thank you, Sandeep Das, for a wonderful experience at the online workshop on Effective Consulting.

The session was brilliantly designed to explain the nuances of consulting, including how to navigate crucial conversations and prioritize effectively in different situations.

The Golden Triangle principle was eye-opening in understanding how the VPD circle guides effective choices. Equally, the doctor-versus-nutritionist analogy offered a powerful perspective on how consulting approaches can shape better business outcomes.

I deeply appreciate the clarity and practicality you brought to the session, and I look forward to participating in more such workshops in the future.

A Stronger Foundation for Strategic Advisory

Great consultants give answers; trusted advisors provide direction.

Strategic thinking in today’s volatile and ambiguous world is essential to delivering real value, enabling informed decision-making, and creating competitive advantage.

To strengthen myself on this journey, I attended the Consulting Accelerator Bootcamp organised by Sandeep Das Academy. It was an extremely insightful session that reinforced a simple yet powerful shift.

Three key takeaways:

  • Making better choices by knowing what to do—and equally, what not to do.
  • Applying structured techniques to evaluate problems and assess situations effectively.
  • Leveraging the power of frameworks for consistent and impactful problem-solving.

These lessons are practical and easy to implement. As I continue my journey as a Risk Advisor, they will help me anticipate risks, provide clearer direction, and drive more effective stakeholder management and client engagement.

One more step forward in my journey of learning, growth, and becoming better each day.

Three Valuable Insights for Business and Operational Excellence

Here are three valuable insights I took away from Sandeep Das Academy:

1. The 2×2 Framework

When everything feels important, nothing is. Map decisions across two dimensions—impact versus effort, risk versus return, or speed versus scale. This approach creates clarity, helps identify trade-offs, and enables decisive action.

2. The 5–95 Principle

Not all work creates equal value. The real skill lies in identifying the critical few activities that drive the majority of outcomes and focusing on them rather than getting caught up in noise, firefighting, or low-impact tasks.

3. The Golden Pyramid Rule

Before you speak, structure your thinking. Start with the answer, support it with key points, and back it up with data. Leaders don’t have time to build up to a point; they need the message immediately.

These simple tools provide powerful clarity and enable faster decisions. That’s the real leverage.

Three Key Lessons from the Consulting Career Launchpad

Thank you, Sandeep Das, for such an invigorating Consulting Career Launchpad Workshop.

My three main lessons from the session were:

  • Consulting Is Common Sense, and Strategy Is About Choices: Effective strategy means making complex choices with clarity.
  • The Rule of 3: Neither too large nor too small. Presenting three solutions to clients helps make recommendations easier to understand and evaluate.
  • The 5–95 Rule: For B2B businesses and personal brands, only 5% of time and effort should go towards selling, while the remaining 95% should be invested in marketing.

Thank you once again. I will always cherish the workshop.

Turning Complex Consulting Concepts into Actionable Steps

Sandeep Das Academy is one of the most engaging and knowledgeable training organisations I’ve had the pleasure of learning from.

I recently attended their workshop on Consulting Career Launchpad and was thoroughly impressed by their ability to simplify the complex consulting profession into actionable steps.

A Strong Foundation for Consulting and Strategic Problem-Solving

I attended an introductory session with Sandeep Das Academy focused on consulting and positioning.

Having spent my career delivering complex lending and banking transformations across multiple regulated markets, I found the questions raised in the session particularly relevant to my journey.

Key takeaways:

  • Frameworks Are Not Templates: They are thinking tools. Applying the right framework to a complex problem helps bring structure to ambiguity and clarity to decisions that might otherwise feel uncertain.
  • Structured Thinking Is a Competitive Advantage: We operate in an increasingly volatile and uncertain world. Professionals who thrive are those who can bring structure to complex, ambiguous situations.
  • Behaviour Drives More Decisions Than Logic Alone: Understanding clients, stakeholders, and the market is what separates good consultants from exceptional ones.

I’m looking forward to joining the three-day Consulting Accelerator Bootcamp to turn these foundational insights into something concrete.

Market First, Build Your Brand, and Create Advocates

I just walked out of an incredibly eye-opening workshop, and I had to share three takeaways that genuinely shifted my perspective on building a successful business.

Takeaway 1: The 95/5 Rule — Market First, Sell Later

95% of your effort should go into marketing, and only 5% into selling. This isn’t just a ratio—it’s a long-term philosophy. When you invest deeply in creating awareness, trust, and relevance, selling happens more naturally. Many early-stage businesses get this backwards. The ones who don’t build something that lasts.

Takeaway 2: Brand Building Is an Art—Not a Tactic

Branding isn’t your logo or your tagline. It’s the authentic, consistent story you tell through every interaction. Genuine brand building starts with understanding the customer’s pain deeply before pitching a solution. When your brand reflects real empathy and intent, it doesn’t just attract customers; it earns believers.

Takeaway 3: Your First Customers Are Your Future Brand Ambassadors

In the early stages, focus on delivering value—not just revenue. Treat your first customers well, and they won’t just come back; they can bring others. Word of mouth remains one of the most powerful marketing channels.

Structured Tools for Consulting and Strategic Decisions

I attended the Consulting Career Launchpad workshop led by Sandeep Das, and it was a valuable experience filled with significant learning opportunities.

Key takeaways included:

  • Understanding how strategy and consulting can help navigate a VUCA world.
  • Learning and behavioural tools: asking the right questions, active listening, scenario-building, and developing solutions for different scenarios.
  • The 2×2 approach to making big decisions.
  • The Golden Pyramid Principle for building a solid framework before offering solutions, and the Golden Triangle of price, distribution, and value.

I also learned about building a successful, high-profit consulting business, identifying my Ikigai, the 5–95 Rule for B2B businesses, personal branding, and strategies for acquiring the first 10 clients.

I’m confident I can apply these insights to enhance my skills in my daily work.

Thank you, Sandeep Das.

Thinking, Communication, and Execution Define Consulting Excellence

Amazing insights shared by Sandeep Das in the Consulting Career Launchpad Workshop.

1. Structured Thinking Is a Superpower

Clarity beats complexity. Breaking problems into simple, logical frameworks is the foundation of great consulting.

2. Storytelling Drives Influence

Insights create value only when they are communicated well. A compelling narrative turns analysis into action and helps clients understand and value recommendations.

3. Execution Builds Credibility

Ideas are important, but consistent delivery and measurable impact define high performance.

This workshop reinforced a simple truth: consulting excellence lies at the intersection of thinking, communication, and execution.

Looking forward to applying these learnings to drive greater impact.

Practical Lessons for Building a Consulting Business

I attended Sandeep Das’s workshop on consulting business and learnt a lot. My top three takeaways were:

1. The 5–95 Rule

Spend 5% of your time and effort on sales and 95% on marketing. Time spent on sales alone does not necessarily generate ROI; marketing helps create demand and build your image as a founder.

2. Frameworks Shape Value

A good framework helps determine the price of the consulting job you can confidently offer—from smaller engagements to high-value projects.

3. Active Listening

Don’t just analyse—listen and write verbatim. Then analyse your notes and respond with a clear answer based on the information available. Don’t wait for perfect data; use the evidence you have to make a considered recommendation.

I feel I need to organise these learnings and execute them in my current consulting and media businesses. My media website is dronepages.in, and my consulting business operates through royalle.in.

Structured Thinking and Self-Awareness for Better Problem-Solving

I’m grateful to have attended Sandeep Das’s Consulting Framework Masterclass—a session that challenged my thinking and added a fresh perspective to my problem-solving toolkit.

Three key takeaways I’m excited to integrate:

  • Stay Strategic in a VUCA World: Today’s fast-changing environment requires clarity, structure, and strategic thinking—not just quick answers, but the right approach to uncertainty.
  • Use Tools to Tackle Complex CXO-Level Questions: The session introduced frameworks for handling complexity with confidence, including behavioural and technical learning, the 2×2 Principle for simplifying decisions, and the Golden Pyramid Principle for impactful communication.
  • Find Your Niche: Use the Venn diagram of what you love, what you’re good at, and what the world will pay for, combined with the 5–95 Rule, to identify where you can truly stand out.

This masterclass was a strong reminder that structured thinking plus self-awareness equals powerful problem-solving. Looking forward to applying these insights in real-world scenarios!

Strategy Is About Making Choices Under Uncertainty

I was with Sandeep Das yesterday. I walked in curious and walked out rethinking how I approach consulting.

Sandeep is an ex-Director at PwC, guest faculty at IIM A, B, and ISB, and—honestly—the session felt nothing like a download. It felt like a conversation with someone who’s been in the trenches and came back to tell you what actually matters.

Three things stayed with me:

1. Strategy Is Just Making Complex Choices Under Uncertainty.

While I’ve been doing this for 20 years, I liked the simplicity of the thought. Not a framework—it’s navigating from where you are today to where you want to go, with multiple routes, real trade-offs, and no GPS. That frame alone is worth the two hours.

2. The Golden Triangle for Indian Markets — Price, Value, Distribution.

Every consumer in an emerging market is asking three questions: Am I getting a good deal? Are you giving me real value? And are you available where I am? Miss any one corner, and you lose. Simple. Brutal. True.

Strategic Choices, Insight-Driven Decisions, and Frameworks

I recently attended a high-impact consulting workshop by Sandeep Das, and it completely reframed how I think about strategy, decision-making, and career growth.

1. Strategy Is Not About Doing More—It’s About Making Sharp Choices

In a VUCA world, success comes from clarity of focus. The best leaders and consultants win because they choose what to do and, equally, what not to do. Resources are always limited, so prioritization is everything.

2. Great Consultants Don’t Wait for Perfect Data

They think in scenarios. One of the most powerful learnings was solving a market-investment problem using basic principles such as compounding and scenario-building. Short-term versus mid-term versus long-term thinking changes decisions completely. “It depends” is not an answer—clear recommendations matter.

Key skills include active listening, capturing the problem precisely, avoiding “take a stand,” and using structured thinking.

3. Frameworks Are the Real Differentiator

The Golden Triangle—price, value, and distribution—is a practical, real-world lens. Even great products can fail if perceived value is wrong. Premium products succeed by aligning functional and emotional value with smart pricing.

Bonus learnings: The 2×2 prioritization tool; consulting as structured common sense; and future consulting opportunities in AI-driven analytics and decision-making, supply-chain optimization, sales and marketing, and HR and talent strategy.

This workshop reinforced that high-value careers are built on thinking frameworks, not just hard work. Grateful for the clarity and actionable insights. Looking forward to applying these lessons in real-world problem-solving.

A Reality Check on Career Reinvention and Professional Value

I attended a consulting session today. Not a motivational talk. A reality check.

At a session led by Sandeep Das, one theme stayed with me long after it ended: the future of careers is changing faster than most people are willing to acknowledge. And it is already happening.

Three insights that hit hard:

1. The Corporate Landscape Is Shifting Quietly—but Decisively

Professionals over 40 are increasingly being seen as expensive resources—not because they lack capability, but because the system is moving toward leaner, more adaptive talent. If you’re not actively reskilling and reinventing, you are not standing still. You are becoming replaceable.

2. Reputation Is No Longer Built Inside the Company

It is built in the market. Today, it is critical to define your positioning, articulate your core competence, and communicate it with clarity. If you cannot clearly express your value, the market will move past you.

3. Experience Alone No Longer Creates Demand

Raw knowledge has limited value. What matters is how well you structure it into clear, repeatable frameworks. That is what separates those who are respected from those who are in demand.

The biggest realization: Reinvention is not something you do at 45 when pressure forces you. It is something you begin at 35, when you still have time, energy, and leverage.

The uncomfortable truth is that most professionals are waiting—for stability, clarity, and the right time. But the market is not waiting.

If you are serious about your next phase, start building it now—not when you are forced to.

Strategy Is About Making Choices

Recently attended a consulting session by Sandeep Das. A few takeaways stayed with me.

Strategy is about making choices—not doing everything. In today’s VUCA world, clarity is what really differentiates us.

Don’t wait for perfect data. Good consultants still make decisions with the information available, using structured thinking. Active listening is equally important: understand the real problem before jumping to solutions.

The Golden Triangle: Price, Value, Distribution

The framework was especially interesting with real examples:

  • Tata Nano had the right price and distribution, but struggled because of perceived value, especially social value.
  • Dairy Milk built not just functional value, but emotional and social value through celebration and happiness.

Price and distribution can be easier to understand, but emotional value is complex and often ignored—yet it can drive success.

The 5–95 Rule in B2B

Only 5% of customers may be ready to buy at any point, while 95% are not. The session reinforced that marketing—which builds long-term perception and value—is at least as important as sales, even when the impact is not immediate.

The 2×2 framework is also a powerful tool for decision-making and prioritization. Defining the X and Y axes clearly can help in almost anything.

I also liked the emphasis on Ikigai: aligning what you love, what you’re good at, and what the market values.

Growth Is 50–50? Think Again: The 5–95 Rule

I thought I understood growth. Until one line in a workshop made me pause: “Over-indexing on sales may drive short-term revenue, but it limits ROI. Strategic investment in marketing builds perception and delivers sustainable returns.”

At Sandeep Das’s Consulting Career Launchpad, this hit harder than expected. Because I realised I’ve been over-indexing on effort, not leverage.

Here are three takeaways I’m walking away with:

1. Consulting is structured common sense.

In a VUCA world, businesses aren’t short on ideas; they’re short on clarity. The real job is deciding what to do and what not to do.

2. If you can’t structure it, you can’t solve it.

The 2×2 Rule and 3 Pyramid thinking simplify frameworks into clarity, prioritisation, and action.

3. Growth isn’t 50–50. It’s 5–95—especially in B2B.

5% sales; 95% marketing, including positioning, trust, and authority. If you spend all your time chasing deals, you’ll close some. But if you build how you’re perceived, deals start coming to you.

Biggest shift for me: I’ve been trying to get to the right answers. But the real edge is asking better questions—and making better trade-offs.

Curious: what are you over-investing in right now—effort or leverage?

Consulting Is About Solving Better, Not Knowing More

I just completed the Consulting Career Launchpad Workshop by Sandeep Das, and it gave me a clear reminder:

Consulting is not about knowing more. It’s about solving better.

My top three learnings:

1. Expertise must be positioned, not just listed. A consultant doesn’t sell certificates or years of experience. A consultant sells clarity, structure, and outcomes.

2. Clients don’t pay for advice. They pay for better decisions. The real value of consulting is helping businesses reduce confusion, see risks clearly, choose the right path, and act with confidence.

3. Your first 10 clients come from trust, focus, and relevance. Before chasing visibility, you need a clear niche, a practical offer, and a message that speaks directly to a business problem.

This session connected strongly with my work in Governance, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, AI Governance, Quality Management, Business Continuity, and Strategy Operations.

For me, consulting is not a future title. It is a way of thinking.

Find the problem. Create structure. Reduce risk. Build trust. Deliver value.

Thank you, Sandeep Das, for a practical and honest session on turning expertise into a consulting career with direction and confidence.

Three Lessons from the Consulting Career Launchpad Workshop

Attended an incredible session by Sandeep Das—an IIM-B alumnus, ex-Director at PwC and Accenture, and bestselling author. My top three takeaways:

1. Strategy = Making Choices

Define what to do AND what NOT to do. In a VUCA world, chasing six priorities means achieving none. The courage to say no to eight things helps you win at two.

2. Active Listening Is a Superpower

Don’t think of answers while the stakeholder is still talking. Write down every word they say—it captures nuance and ensures you solve the right problem.

3. Marketing Is the Real Game-Changer in Consulting

Spend 95% of your effort on marketing and only 5% on sales. Strong personal branding attracts clients to you, so you don’t always have to chase them. Build your brand and your business.

These aren’t just consulting skills—they’re life skills.

Thank you, Sandeep Das Academy, for such a practical and energizing session!

Great Strategy Makes the Complex Simple

Strategy is about making complex choices.

I recently attended an insightful consulting masterclass with Sandeep Das, and one thing stood out clearly: great strategy is not about making things sound complex. It’s about making the complex simple.

That session reinforced a powerful reality for anyone building in tech, data, consulting, or business today: expertise alone is not enough. How you position that expertise matters just as much.

In a VUCA world—volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous—clarity becomes a real competitive advantage.

Three key takeaways:

1. The 5/95 Rule

In the B2B world, sales is often just the final step. The real heavy lifting is done by marketing, personal branding, and trust-building. Sales is only the last 5%. If people already understand your value, selling becomes much easier.

2. The Golden Triangle

A sustainable business model stands on three pillars: price, value, and distribution. If even one is weak, the strategy starts to fall apart. A great product with poor distribution struggles; strong distribution with weak value doesn’t last; and pricing without clear positioning creates friction.

3. Decisive Communication

Active listening helps uncover the real problem. But once you’ve understood it, clarity and conviction are what make your solution credible. Moving from a technical mindset to a strategic mindset means finding the intersection of what you love, what you’re great at, and what the market actually needs.

Translating Consulting Frameworks into the Space Sector

Just wrapped up an excellent webinar with Sandeep Das on consulting careers and frameworks, and it really clarified how I can bring more value to my work in Earth observation, planetary remote sensing, and space data management.

What stood out to me was how transferable these consulting tools are to the space sector—from structuring complex problem statements around mission objectives to prioritizing stakeholders across government, industry, and startups.

I’m excited to apply this approach to help organisations turn satellite data into clear, decision-ready insights and scalable strategies.

Open to collaborating with teams and organisations looking to use Earth observation and remote sensing more strategically in product, policy, and business growth.

Consulting Is About Solving Real Business Problems

The Consulting Career workshop by Sandeep Das was packed with practical insights for anyone building a consulting-led venture.

My key takeaways:

1. Consulting is fundamentally about solving real business problems—not showcasing knowledge, but applying practical experience, common sense, and both behavioural and technical learning.

2. Clear positioning and a well-articulated value proposition matter more than credentials alone.

3. Trust is built by linking strategy to measurable, tangible outcomes for clients.

Consulting Means Solving Real Business Problems

The “Your Consulting Career Launchpad” workshop by Sandeep Das was packed with practical clarity for anyone building a consulting-led venture.

My three key takeaways:

1. Consulting is about solving real business problems, not showcasing knowledge.

2. Clear positioning and articulation of your value proposition are more important than credentials.

3. Trust is built when you connect strategy to measurable outcomes for clients.

These insights strongly resonated with the circular economy and waste management model I am building.

Thank you, Sandeep, for the clarity and direction. I would be grateful if you could review my business concept and share your thoughts.

Emotional Value and Marketing Matter

Interesting to know that attention spans nowadays are said to be just three seconds—so by now, many may not even read further!

I attended a Consulting Career Workshop by Sandeep Das Academy, and that was one of the key takeaways.

Emotional value can supersede functional value for consumers, so this post may not mean much to those who aren’t connected to the idea.

Another key takeaway for B2B is the 5–95 Rule: 5% of the time is spent on sales and 95% on marketing. I would not have expected this, considering the number of people generally involved in both functions.

Hope this post held your attention for more than three seconds!
